NOTE TO CANADIAN MERCHANTS: Almost every 3rd-party cart claims to be able to correctly configure Canadian tax correctly. I have tested all the ones on the list above, and I can tell you that the only one who really does correctly configure Canadian tax is 3D Cart, and this is only because 3D Cart is willing to make special modifications for individual Canadian merchants - for a one-time charge of $60USD.
